This policy explains what Gravity, operated by Triple H Properties Inc, collects and how it's used.

What we collect

• Account details you give us: your name, dealership name, email and a hashed (never stored in plain text) password.
• From TikTok when you connect it: your TikTok open ID, display name and avatar (the user.info.basic permission), plus access keys that let us upload and post videos you choose (video.upload and video.publish). Access keys are encrypted before they're stored.
• What you post: the video links, captions and settings you submit, and the status TikTok returns for each post.
• Basic technical data: a session cookie that keeps you logged in.

How we use it

Only to run Gravity: to log you in, show your connected account, upload and post the videos you choose, and show you each post's status. We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the platform you're posting to.

Where it's stored

On Cloudflare's infrastructure, which Gravity runs on.

How long we keep it

Until you delete your account. Disconnecting TikTok deletes its access keys right away and revokes our access on TikTok's side. Deleting your account deletes everything above.

Your choices

You can see and change your details in Settings, disconnect any platform, or delete your account at any time. To ask about your data, email support@gravitydealer.com.

Gravity is a business tool for dealerships and isn't meant for anyone under 18.
