Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Gravity (https://gravitydealer.com), a service operated by Triple H Properties Inc ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What Gravity does

Gravity lets vehicle and RV dealerships connect their own social media accounts, such as TikTok, and post videos of their inventory to those accounts. Gravity posts only content you choose, to accounts you connect, when you tell it to.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the dealership you sign up for. Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity under your account.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the videos, captions and other content you post through Gravity. You give us a limited license to store, process and transmit that content only as needed to post it for you. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to what you post, including music, and that it follows the rules of each platform, including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and any advertising, pricing and financing disclosure laws that apply to your business.

4. Connected platforms

When you connect TikTok or another platform, you authorize Gravity to act on that account only within the permissions you approve on that platform's own screen. Those platforms' own terms still apply. You can disconnect at any time in Settings, which also revokes our access.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Gravity to post spam, misleading prices or claims, content you don't have rights to, or anything illegal, and don't try to access other dealers' accounts or data.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Gravity running, but it's provided "as is" without warranties, and platforms can change their rules or APIs at any time. We may update these terms and will post the new date here.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content posted at your direction.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
